DAILY RULES:

  1. Wake up at 6:00 am every day (can be modified to 6:00 am on weekdays and 8:00 am on weekends)
  2. 1 hour morning routine with no distractions (I like to make my bed, journal in the fresh air, & do some light stretches)
  3. 45 minutes of exercise (add 10k daily steps for an extra challenge)
  4. Eat healthy (can be modified to eat in a calorie deficit & get 100g of protein daily)
  5. Read 10+ pages (can be any book, or a non-fiction/self-help book for an extra challenge)
    1. No scrolling on your phone after 8:00 pm for an added challenge!
  6. Spend 1 hour learning a new skill or hobby (can be modified to 1 hour on your side hustle if you have one)
  7. Document your progress (daily journaling, progress pictures, tracking your habits, vlogging, etc) </aside>
